Application forms, that can be downloaded below, must be physically signed and returned to the school. Unfortunately the College cannot accept e-mailed enrolment forms.

Completing the Application for enrolment
You will need to complete the application form and return it to Botany Downs Secondary College; a copy of your telephone or electricity bill, a school report and Visas or birth certificates that are relevant at the time of application must be included in with your forms. The form must be fully completed to be processed.
