Our Mission Statement:

To enhance the educational experience for students at Botany Downs Secondary College through voluntary service, community involvement, improvement of amenities and support with co-curricular activities.

Objectives:

a) To provide a link and facilitate communication between the students, student families, the Board of Trustees, the college, and the community.
b) To strive for the best possible education for the students.
c) To support the staff by assisting with co-curricular activities.
d) To assist with the provision of better amenities for the college as approved by the Board of Trustees.
e) To enhance the community spirit of the college by facilitating social activity.

How can I get involved?

Attend monthly F&F meetings, anybody is welcome (see membership). Even if you can’t make it every month, it is an ideal platform for information sharing (and discuss any issues with the big chief - the principal).
Not everybody likes meeting, committees etc., but just want to help when they have the time available, that’s fine, we need extra hands every now and then. Please contact any committee member to add your name to the contact list, and then we’ll contact you when we need help.
If your company can sponsor, or supply products at good prices, please let us know.
Lastly, attend events or support projects organized by F&F.
