Wow-wee is an annual wearable arts showcase involving Eastern area schools which is currently hosted by BDSC. It is an event that gives students an opportunity to showcase their creative skills and meet students from other schools in the area.

The show is modelled on WOW in Wellington where there is a theme integrated throughout the show with acts, dancing and other entertainment.

Students can enter individually or in groups and have a variety of exciting categories to choose from and each category is sponsored by Auckland businesses that provide a range of prizes and opportunities for winners and runners up.

Last year we decided to donate all proceeds from the show to the New Zealand Breast Cancer foundation, and managed to contribute over $3000 for their cause. We will continue to support the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation in 2011 and hope to raise even more!

The show will be held on the 18th and 19th of August. Tickets will be available from the finance centre at BDSC later in the year.
Keep watching for more updates as the show approaches.

Please open the REHEARSAL PLAN for deadlines. dates and times students will need to commit to.
