Botany Downs Secondary College welcomes back to school all students especially those who are new to the area. If students are to achieve their potential this year it is important that students, parents and teachers are continually communicating about learning and achievement. Absence from the classroom should be minimised.
The opportunity to work in one of New Zealand’s newest secondary Colleges is a challenge that I continue to enjoy. It is obvious that Botany Downs Secondary College is a “Student Centred Learning Organisation” where academic excellence and intellectual development is the focus of quality classroom learning practice. The college has been built to service the needs of students who will be living and working in a technologically advanced society.
