We have an exciting opportunity for a pivotal pastoral leadership role in our whānau -based college. As a whānau leader, you are responsible for the academic and social well-being of students through collaborative practice. You will support and develop whānau staff and liaise with senior leadership, guidance staff and families to provide the best possible outcomes for students.
The successful applicant will be fully registered through the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, display highly-effective teaching strategies, and be committed to professional growth. Proven strengths in building strong relationships with students, teachers and whānau are essential.
