Tickets go on sale, $100 each. Available at the Finance Centre from Monday 24 August until Thursday 10 September.
Lay by facilities are available with a deposit to secure a ticket.
Tickets can be purchased before school, at interval, and lunchtime.
Students will be required to present their student ID to purchase a ticket.
Students with outstanding fees from previous school years for lost textbooks or sports equipment that has not been returned or certain trips will need to arrange a payment plan in order to purchase a ball ticket. If you have any queries regarding outstanding fees please contact our Finance Centre.
Those students who have been told they do not met eligibility to attend the ball due to attendance or not meeting the school values will not be able to purchase a ticket. If a student has any questions in regards to this, they are to see their Whanau Leader in the first instance followed by Mrs Holmes or Mrs McGregor in the DP corridor.
Outside partners may be invited, but must be Year 12 or above. An application for permission to invite a partner from outside the college must be gained from a member of the Senior Leadership Team and approved before a ticket may be purchased. Both tickets must be purchased at the same time. Please note if the partner is an ex-student the College has the right to refuse entry if they have outstanding fees or possible behavioural concerns. The application for permission forms are available on Office 365 here and need to be returned to Mrs Clarke who is located upstairs in the corridor of the Senior Leadership Team no later than 24 August.
Only students who have been granted permission from the Senior Leadership Team to bring a partner, will be able to purchase a ticket for their guest.
