Fees Protection

Botany Downs Secondary College has a Fee Protection policy   to safeguard the fees paid by International Students, in the unlikely event that the school may not be able to commence or continue to deliver tuition to the international student.

The School Board guarantees to hold in reserve sufficient funds to meet the requirements of any refund in these circumstances.

Code of Practice

When students come to study in New Zealand, education providers have an important responsibility to ensure that those students are well informed, safe and properly cared for.

To support this, the New Zealand government has developed the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice

The full, legislative version is also available on the New Zealand Legislation website.
