The annual Year 13 Graduation Dinner will be held at the Ellerslie Event Centre on Friday 3 November 2023.
The evening, honouring our graduating Year 13 students, includes a formal buffet dinner, a guest speaker and the presentation of graduation certificates and medals.
The event will commence at 7.00pm (doors open at 6.30pm) and we anticipate the evening will conclude around 11pm.
This is a formal occasion and therefore formal dress is required, so no jeans are allowed.
Professional photographers from Cactus Photography will be available on the night. This will be a wonderful opportunity to secure formal and informal graduation photos with family and friends. Photos will be printed and available for purchase on the night; $15 for a 6×9” and 8×12” available on request for $25. Cash, eftpos or credit card options will be available. Please be aware that the sale of these photos is the only money Cactus Photography will be earning on this evening. We encourage you to purchase your photos to support this business, who have been major supporters of BDSC functions for many years. Cactus Photography will photograph people as they arrive, and then take class photos at the end of each graduating group.

Please note that no other school aged children will be permitted at the event other than the graduating students.
Tickets are available from Thursday 17 August at the Finance Centre.
Sales will close on Friday 20 October as we must confirm numbers with the venue at this time. Unfortunately, once numbers have been confirmed with the events centre, we are unable to provide a refund for illness or late cancellations.
Tickets will be issued to students on Friday 27 October after the Year 13 assembly.
