Art to Where?

31 May 2017

An interschool wearable art event hosted by Botany Downs Secondary College.

It gives students an opportunity to work collaboratively in groups or individually to produce a wearable art garment and showcase it on a catwalk.

This year we were raising funds for our very first Visual Art student enrichment tour to the USA. We had entries from Sommerville Intermediate, Howick intermediate, St Kents, Mission Heights Junior College, Macleans College and Botany Downs Secondary College this year.

These two garments are currently on display at the Uxbridge Arts Centre this week – pop in and have a look!
