Ngā mihi

Last week BDSC celebrated Māori Language Week. This was a time for us to celebrate Te Reo Māori (the Māori language) and to try utilize more Māori phrases throughout the school. One of the main ways we celebrated Te Reo was through sharing our pepeha with one another. In Māori culture, this is our way of introducing and sharing our background with others.

I tera wiki, I whakanuia a BDSC Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori. Ko te wiki he taima mo matou kia whakamihi Te Reo Māori, a, kia whakamahi matou he nui nga kupu me nga rarangi Māori I roto I te kura.
